How to Fire Your Freelance Clients from Hell
Last evening I received a notice in my inbox from Rich McIver alerting me to an article he'd published. I usually don't play the "share my article with your readers" game, only because I know my readers will be exposed to the same thing elsewhere (and probably multiple places at that). This one, however, was far too Screw You!-esque to pass up: Top 10 Ways to Fire the Client From Hell: How to tactfully rid your business of penny-penching, unreliable and abusive clients.
At one point or another, I think I've encountered every single type of client mentioned. However, I particularly liked this nugget of advice: "If he tries to send work to you in the future, tell him you're too busy and refer him to a competitor that you feel like torturing." Soooo, if you ever get a project referred to you by me, you might want to think twice about accepting it...just KIDDING!
I'll be back with some of my own "clients from hell" stories as soon as I can crawl my way back up to earth.

Kathy, I know you aren't feeling well but did you get the referral I sent to you from Witch Hazel? I told her that you would be the *perfect* person for the job...
;-)
I hope that you feel better soon.
