Concocting the Perfect Title?

Those of you who read my blog on a regular basis are aware of the fact that I like to play with song titles and lyrics. So, it probably shouldn't come as any surprise to you that the tentative title I've come up with for my NaNo pet memoir is a pretty blatant ripoff of a musical gem. No, I'm not quite old enough to remember this song's initial release, but I've heard enough about it to know that it's a fairly recognizable ditty. Intermittent brainstorming caused the "Me and You and a Dog Named Boo" light bulb to go off in my brain, which quickly led to "Me and Truth and a Dog Named Pook." (My dog's name was Pookey, but I often called her Pook.) Since I'm on a polling kick, let me know what you think. And yes, it's perfectly okay if you think the title deserves a big fat "Screw you!"
