Description: We need several test question writers who have a verifiable background in upper level mathmatics (preferably a bachelors or above in mathmatics, engineering, physics, etc.) and some experience in the development of math questions for standardized exams (SAT, ACT, GRE, etc.). The writers will be expected to rewrite existing questions w/solutions, so that they can be used again in new exams. The top mathmatical level of question will not be higher than algebra 2 w/trigonometry.

The pay will be $1 per rewritten question w/solution. The questions will initially be contracted for in 10 question bundles, until we are confident in the quality of work submitted, and after that in 50-200 question bundles, with a total of approximately 6,000+ rewritten questions w/solutions expected over the life of the project. This is a long-term test development project (2-3 years).

Please do not apply for this position if you do not have a verifiable background in an area related to mathmatics and are fluent in the english language and english grammar.

Let me see if I've got this one straight. You're seeking someone who's spent $50,000 minimum on a technical education, a verifiable one at that, yet you're willing to pay him or her only $1/per question? Even if your chosen candidate writes all 6,000 questions, that's not even going to put a dent in his or her student loans. Oh yeah, and you want him or her to devote 2-3 years to this lovely assignment. Good luck with that one. In the meantime, Screw you!

First, I love this site. I see freelance ads like this all the time, and it drives me nuts! Second, this one is definitely a zinger. The writer must be a mathematics genius and make contracts for $10 at a time?
